Lovely old pub. Very welcoming. Great staff. Excellent service. On our first visit just enjoyed a drink while we sat outside and watched the world go by. Based on our first experience we chose to come back for lunch another day. Again welcomed as soon as we arrived and ordered a drink when we chose
Spent quality time at this place. Staff is friendly and Schnitzel were delicious and top- quality with generous portion size. Definitely visiting this place again.
The kind of pub you want as your local! Great vibe, authentic (non pretentious) pub! This was my first schnitty and it was amazing! The creamy mushroom sauce was insanely good!
If I could give this place zero stars I would, the only star that should be given is to the security for being extremely friendly and understanding. Popped into the Exeter Hotel with a group of mates as we were passing by on a themed 70’s night, and was refused service of any drink (not even water)
A great old school pub with friendly staff, decent wine list and I'll be back to eat the mushroom gnocchi next time it's on the menu. Either way they have excellent hot chips!

Beer on tap doesn't taste the same as other pubs & very strange flavour. Same beer elsewhere better. Spent $10 on a pint thinking it had changed in ten years only to have a sip. Left beer & walked out. Rats running into the kitchen area from outside reminded me of Fawlty Towers final episode. Not h
