Really good value for money. A big breakfast which includes two slices of toast, eggs, bacon and tomato will cost you all of $13.90. The workers who I assume are the owners are lovely too.
Bacon was thick and burnt to a crisp. Tomato was fresh and not sour. Eggs were slightly burnt and bitter. Sausage was okay. Mushrooms were nice. Bread crispy and little burnt.
It was great.
The thick crispy bacon was a nice contrast to the usual chewy and oily types. The burnt parts of the other food adds a nice aroma - not something to be eaten daily.
Everything came together. Service was friendly too.
Great service with great variety of food. Enjoyed a massive breakfast to keep me going to walk the Rundal mall for the day.
Fresh homemade food. Friendly and fast service. Very good value for money.
I visited today and was greeted by a very friendly red head lady at the counter. My toastie and milkshake were fresh and delicious.
Previously been here for breakfast and enjoyed the food, service and comfortable seating.
Today thought we would do a late lunch, my steak sandwich was excellent and accompanied by chips, the thick shake was also excellent. Service with a smile, seems like a happy work place and that rubs of on the steady flow of customers. Good value for money and a revolving specials menu.
Definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch, or a snack or just a coffee
Delicious feed, great prices and friendly staff. Super big breakfast and coffee only $16
The service. The style. The super big breaky. This place is Adelaide's best kept secret
Cheap soul breakfast food. Traditional bacon and egg Sanger (hard to find these days) and a coffee. The coffee here is a bit old-school but potent. I quite like a dark rich coffee. Maybe halve the sugar on your order. It often comes a bit too sweet. A diner experience is how I'd describe it. Haven't tried the lunch sandwiches yet. Great place to be a regular if you like it.
