This place is a little vegan gem! So many options and love the staff to very helpful đ the store itâs self stocks some amazing products and hard to find items!
Found this little healthy gem when I got lost in Adelaides CBD. Friendly efficient service. Coffee strong and hot. Thoroughly enjoyed a bowl of deliciousness...the acai breakfast bowl.
Great little lunch spot. Affordable and good range of healthy options; vegan, veg & gf friendly (good labelling on foods!) and good range of milks for your coffee.
Nutritious Convenience Food. One of few spots I've found that offer a generous assortment of healthy takeaway options. Foods for Life serve up yummy vegetarian pastries and imaginative wraps, along with freshly made juices and tempting desserts. I am a fan of their lentil pies; spicy and very satisfying. They also have a few tables for eating in, and sell various supplements and well-being products.
Delicious wraps, pies, patties and amazing salads (many vegan options!!) The service is quick - they're often really busy though so are sometimes a bit 'short'. The desserts are also fantastic. Many items are not consistently marked as vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free, so be sure to check if something appears vegan etc. but doesn't say so on (e.g. lots of items are marked as 'gluten-free' or 'vegetarian' without also mentioning that they are 'vegan'...but others are.) The attached health store has some cool stuff, but also some slightly wacky stuff. The cafe always succeeds in providing a delicious, filling and wholesome/healthy-feeling meal though. An absolute staple for a quick and tasty lunch.
Just had the best soup I think I have ever had! I wanted something quick and healthy. The morrocan inspired cauliflower soup was absolutely amazing! Thank you! My new "go to" lunch venue

Best Home made almond milk latte l have had...ever!! Vegan curry lentil pie with raw beet salad, absolutely delish. Walked here from the airport and it was so worth it xx
