Good selection of Yum Cha favourites. The ordering system is by marking on a menu sheet the quantities of which dishes you want and handing it to the waiter, who then hands it into the kitchen. Depending on how busy the restaurant is, the wait is not long at all. The advantage of this system, compared to one where the dishes are offered by wait staff pushing trolleys or carrying trays, is that you get to choose from all the menu rather than see what trundles by. The fried dishes come out from the kitchen hot and extra crispy. Overall, the dishes were comparable to the other more established Yum Cha restaurants in Adelaide. The egg tart is a standout though, extra puffy pastry encasing egg custard that's just right. Ambience is relaxed, wait staff friendly and attentive. Will be back.
