A new opening restaurant around my neighborhood, this place used to be an old deli. So glad to know they bringing this heritage place back life again. I came here three times with friends and family. I love the pizza which thin and crispy, the tomato sauce just perfect..I tried some like calabrese, carnivore and margherita. Baby prawn school was fantastic, crispy and perfect golden brown fried..such a good nibble. The capres salad what a good combination between tomato and mozarella, fresh, i can taste the oregano. I also had the calamari salad, not the best but still alright. And lasagna was awesome, i can tell that's a fresh lasagna not a frozen one..seems they made it on the same day or maybe a night before. Spacious parking lot as well.
Loved the pizza, soft crust, and a decent price.
We got the chicken with peri peri and the meat lovers with bbq sauce (it had a different name but you get me)
The ambience is nice too, like a bit of an upmarket cafe.
Genuine Pizzas and Past, made with love. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and the unique ability to browse their vinyl record collection and have them play the music you want, or buy it! Great idea. Have had dinner there and a party where we booked the whole place out - good food and times, for 4 people or 50. Thank you for being a welcoming restaurant with food integrity.

Great authentic italian pizza with great prices. All the fancy meat are home made and tast very unique and noticeable. The dough in particular was to die for! No wobbly tables which is always good ;)
Haven't tried the desserts yet but hear they're magnificent.

We held a combined 60th birthday celebration at Director's Cut and it was great! Food was wonderful and abundant, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, the atmosphere was very convivial. Being able to choose your own vinyl was special (more Abba next time please). A great night was had by all! Thank you.

Great place. Excellent food. Friendly owners and staff. We always go back there for more of their meatballs and pizza. Although we do miss the white bait.
Wonderful food and a great ambience. The staff are brilliant with the service so warm you want to call it home. Joe is super friendly and I will be definitely be coming there again.
