This is my FAVOURITE pasta joint in Adelaide. I've been many times and have never had a single hiccup. The wait staff are friendly and helpful and I love dining on the balcony.
I'm a big fan of their cockle and mussel pasta dishes. The wine list isn't extensive, but they are good options. I think the big draw for me is that Midnight Spaghetti isn't following the trend of stupidly overpriced pasta and tiny servings. Generous and delicious! I'll be back again and again.
Enter a door just before you get to the crown, and go up stairs. The music wasn't too loud, it was standard bar/food atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Pasta was pretty standard and serving size was large.
Had the zucchini noodles with bolognese sauce which was huge and delicious, and only $15 on a Wednesday night. Excellent vibes, friendly staff, but the wine we were recommended was v strange. Pretty young crowd, and kick ons downstairs are definitely a good idea. Will be back!
Midnight Spaghetti has a lot of potential. The upstairs bar and dining area is great for a cheekie pre dinner drink! The staff are pretty friendly, and knowledgeable. The menu is solid, a good number of options, still not too overwhelming or pretentious.
However, the food is getting there. My Spaghetti with meatballs were ok, could have certainly done with more flavour. Similarly for Cockles and Carbonara dishes - my friends’ comments were not the most positive (and a lot of Italian food had been had before). So, they are getting there, it has a lot of potential and I’ll probably give it another go.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with food to match! Amazing, efficient and thoughtful service. Caters very well to bigger groups with a very warm, welcoming and unique atmosphere. We were seated on the balcony and their heating works a treat

Such a groovy fun time at Midnight Spaghetti! A good friend took me to this hidden gem, overlooking Grenfell Street! Such a beautiful night as we watched the sun set while diving into our pasta dishes. The staff were super friendly and had great energy. Generous portions as i literally rolled outta there and had to take the rest home for lunch the next day.

The best pasta dishes we've ever had. Absolutely delicious! Great cocktails, and great service. We actually arrived 10 minutes before they opened, not realising that our booking was at the restaurants opening time. They still sat us, and made our cocktails before they were technically open. Very friendly staff! We will definitely go back!
Had a great experience at Midnight Spaghetti as a result of great service and great food. We booked late and as a result were seated in a quieter, more secluded area. However, our waiter, Josh, and the hostess, Maddy, were great and made sure they checked in frequently and were friendly and bubbly. The food was amazing and whilst there’s no photo attached, make sure you order the tiramisu!
Great food and drinks menu (beautiful cold Cooper's Pale Ale ) , excellent service and relaxing atmosphere with good background music selection.... we'll be back !
Pesto pasta was delicious! Love a short menu that offers a good amount of variety but doesn’t leave you overwhelmed with too much choice. A nice atmosphere and quick service.
Looking for a late-ish bite to eat in Adelaide CBD? This is the place! Great music, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Add to that the food is out of site excellent. Short interesting wine list, Sam’s your man to help you choose. I recommend this place to anyone who likes a pasta and an interesting wine to wash it down.
