Review Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart - Adelaide

I really like their cheese tart. First tried them in a mall at Melbourne and they were too good. I'm so happy that they opened the outlet here at Adelaide. The crust is tasty and filling is perfect. They are not that rich, still you can feel the cheesy creamy tastes. It's too delicious that no cheese lovers can be satisfied by having only few. You will craving for more. But in that case, I feel they are little bit expensive than the size. They are bite size items, but price is like a whole dessert. Wish they reduce the price so that people can have them willingly, more...

I've always wanted to try a Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart, and I'm glad I did. Tried both the classic, and the salted egg ones. They were very, very tasty, and terribly moreish! The tarts had nice wobble, too. Little tip: Be sure to eat these at a table, they are VERY crumbly. Only downside for me was how pricey they are given their small size. It's not something I would eat often at all, but they would make an excellent once-in-a-while treat or a gift for somebody if you buy a box of them.

Absolutely amazing Tarts! Been there a few times and tried multiple ones, the Yuzu one is by far my favourite. Can't wait too see what new ones they come up with :)

We have always liked Hokkaido Cheese tarts but were extremely disappointed with the experience we had yesterday. We walked up to their pop up kiosk at the upper level at Rundle Place around 315 and since they had limited pieces. , we were advised to visit their main kisosk at the lower level. We reached there to find another customer being served. We queued up and as our turn came , the employee looks at us , puts up a sign which says back in 5 mins . And walked away . We waited for 10 mins and went back upstairs by which time they had packed up . Bad customer service which makes me wary of going to their shop again

It tastes amazing. I tired strawberry cheese tart and it tastes pretty good. The original one is the best thou

Amazingly tasty Cheese Tarts! High quality and amazing taste. You can taste the cheesy flavor subtly, and it’s so beautiful. Not overly sweet, which is perfect I hate overly sweet desserts! The pastry cup it sits in is also perfect, the texture and taste is just so good. I had original cheese and strawberry, I found the original flavor to be amazing, my new favorite desert The strawberry one was a bit more average but still good, love the strawberry pieces.

Amazing tarts, taste perfect. They can get a little messy but their taste makes up for it. Highly recommend

They used to be so good, but theyve been permanently closed for 3 weeks and refuse to accept my edit as permanently closed. Hope you guys return to Adelaide soon.

I was excited to try these and once I had them I probably would go back for the strawberry tart only! The tarts themselves weren’t too bad, but I prefer mine less runny- so after putting them in the fridge I enjoyed it more.

Personally not the kind of cheese texture I would like from a tart, but doesn't hurt to try nevertheless. The original was more of a favourite than the strawberry tart but my god were they expensive!

Not at all tasty. The ice cream was flavourless and left a bad taste in your mouth. The cheese tarts were not what I was expecting and left me feeling underwhelmed. Service was haphazard. Maybe just not my cup of tea, but with that said lived in Japan and had similar baked cheese tarts there and they were way better than what’s on offer here.

The cheese ice cream is akin to frozen vomit rather than cheese, I should have picked an ice cream that had an added flavour like strawberry etc. and it might have tasted nicer. The cheese tart was warm with a nice texture but was rather flavourless.
