Had the tonkatsu ramen for lunch yesterday and it was pretty tasty for a $12.80 ramen! Very quick and cheap meal. Super satisfied, pork broth was flavourful and meat itself was soft and tender. The lady was very friendly, and we also ordered a serve of Gyoza (pork and chive), that was delicious too.

Not as bad as I was expecting (based on other reviews).
Now located inside the food court, next to the market - not in Moonta Lane.
I had karage ramen ($9.50) and was impressed with the size of the serve and the taste. My partner had karage Udon ($9.50) and said it was far too oily.
I'd probably eat here again

Ramen Tei has improved quite alot compared to a couple years ago, the food is always hot and fresh now. Looking forward to the future
