this place is great for a quick lunch and well priced. I enjoy both the bowls and the wraps. ingredients all seem fresh and the cost of a meal with chips is perfect. chips are really good too. will be a regular :)
Poke bowls seem to be the new trend of 2017, and why not since they are delicious and healthy. Unlike other poke places, you don't chose your salad. Its a tiny bit of avocado, (less than half of what is pictured on their promos) corn, mushroom, egg omelet and endamame. Your base is rice or noodle, and you do get a choice of sauce (pretty sure they gave me the wrong one though, the sweet citrus did not taste of citrus at all) I liked all the salad choices so this was perfect for me. The amount of tuna served was excellent. Total cost was $12.50. Compared to Poke me, you get more tuna here for a cheaper price, but less choice in salads.
I think the tuna here is also lesser quality than their competitors. The wraps are excellent too, served on a roti style wrap. A combo for $10.95 includes fries, a pepsi and three fried chicken pieces. The fries had a lovely seasoning and the chicken had a good crunchy/fried coating. Coke was not offered as the drink, even though the advertising has a can of coke pictured on it. Overall, a great tasting, good value lunch. I will become a regular.
I came back to try the Aburi Salmon bowl. On a Friday at noon, they had no salmon left. This is really poor of a restaurant to not have one of their staple ingredients.
It was fresh and tasty, I was surprised at just how many elements they put into the bowl. A good sized serving
