The gimlet is my go to drink here. They have a delicatessen selling excellent sandwiches and a New York style pizza bar. This is one of my favourite bars.
Love love this place - a bar a barber a burger joint and the cocktails are amazing so so good if you are in Adelaide check this place out - you won’t be disappointed

Throw a barber shop, sound studio, delicatessen and a bar in a blender and you get the uber cool, New York City-inspired BRKLYN. Overlooking Rundle Street, this very new, multi-purpose venue is so Brooklyn (and also aptly-named), with its exposed brick, and industrial speakeasy vibe. Expect plenty of cocktails that pay homage to NYC, but also lots of international beers and South Australian wines, which naturally made my heart tweet like a bird.
At 1am on a Saturday night this place was heaving with people – happy, unpretentious people – all enjoying the beats and oddness of the next-door sound studio. BRKLYN is real and fun, and a dance off may have happened before I finally turned into a pumpkin and called it a night.
Brooklyn might just be a bit too far to pop over for some drinks no matter how much you want to see the city skyline and cross the bridge like in every other TV show. Well now BRKLYN is brought to you with the New York vibe and it lives on our East End. Adelaide’s fabulous bar scene is no secret and this is certainly another notch on the belt. We popped by on opening night for a peek to see what the fuss is all about.
Late last week, Adelaide Food Central was invited to the official launch of BRKLYN, Adelaide’s hottest new small bar. It’s not just any bar, but rather a New York City experience. Located on a top floor in Rundle Street, it has its own street which comes equipped with a deli, barber shop and remodeled Soundpond studio.
Absolutely love this place, amazing vibes with great food and drinks. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, Balcony look over the rundle street, a fancy corner in a busy area. Definitely will come back!
Our group was thankful to find a kitchen still open at 10pm on a Friday when we arrived in Adelaide, but we were even more surprised at the fantastic quality of the food! The watermelooon cocktail was outstanding, and our group couldn't get enough of the Lobster roll, Reuben sandwich, and easily the best Club sandwich I've ever had. Great view of Rundle St precinct from the balcony too. Thanks BRKLYN!
Great customer service. Nice range of unusual beer on tap, larger, sour and ale. Music was a nice mix moving from neo-soul to hip hop with tracks like "you got me" by The Roots. The food was great. The burgers are legit, and the vego options are ok.
Booked the balcony for a friends going away drinks. Staff was so helpful with helping organise drinks and food package. Very quick with their replies.
Food package was amazing! Great selection and very well cooked.
Cocktail jugs were delicious and a great add on!

Strong drinks, heavenly buttermilk chicken sando, smoked paprika hot chips 💯💯💯 i don't know what they add to their hot chips but it is addictive as crack (not that I've tried crack)
Staff are so friendly and welcoming, the venue is so cute with a choice of outdoor or indoor seating. Perfect for all occasions from cocktails with the girls to date night! 10/10 would recommend!
