Coffee was bitter, or slightly on the strong side. When I asked for my free drink using my discount card staff were quite obliging. After drinking the coffee I required water and the young man behind the cafe bar was very accommodating.
Excellent place to get a coffee any time, as we found all the other local coffee shops were shut.
Toilets were rather unkept which was a bit of a disappointment.
Very happy with the professionalism and politeness of the staff. When placing your order you are provided with a numbered docket that you used to pick up your order when it appears on the screen, which is an effective way of seeing when your order is ready.
Well you can't go too wrong with McD's now can you? Some freshly cooked fries and an order of anything freshly cooked (grill order) goes down a treat. You'll find that with this particular McD's at Airport West, that you'll get fresh more often than not regardless of whether you ask for grill or not which is an added bonus so you're not waiting in the waiting bays for it. Staff here are very welcoming both at the counter and through drive through (more so at drive through). We haven't had an order that wasn't complete yet and let's hope we don't now that we've said it.
It's not a regular meal for us but seeming as we're munching on a 10 pack of nuggets, we may as well provide a review. Till next time, this is Our Foodie Find!
I wanted to leave a bad review over the coffee, but it's usually very good, so I won't. I apologise for being rude but having my mouth scalded isn't a good experience. Friendly management, thank you.
P.S. put your palm on the jug while you heat the milk, if it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for your mouth

Online orders - pick up. Usually Fast and correct, better than most other branches. In Foodcourt, so usually can find some clean table to dine (unlike other branches)
