Best staff ever meets best food ever... I’m a uni student that studies at as thick as thieves every other day and I’ve never met staff so generous and so hilarious. The food is consistently top quality and their value for money is the best I’ve seen in Albury. I highly recommend you try the spicy Benedict for breakfast!
Absolutely love this place..food and service is amazing.. best coffee in town. This place has the best vibe. I saw first hand how busy they were over Easter and how they stayed so professional when there were some people who thought being loud and obnoxious was appropriate is to be commended. As Thick As Thieves is a place that has to be on your MUST GO THERE list. Love everything about this place.
Best quality food, best customer service.
We stopped in at As Thick As Thieves on our way home to Melbourne and were super impressed by the quality food & coffee and beautiful interior. Staff were awesome and it definitely felt like a hip Melbourne cafe had made its way to Albury! The poke bowl I had was delicious and packed with quality ingredients; I especially enjoyed the crispy kale. The vinegarette was a bit strong for my tastes, would love if this had been a sweet soy sauce instead. Would definitely return!
Love As Thick As Thieves, the staff are friendly and there’s a good range of food and drinks available. Great place to meet with friends and enjoy the sunshine on a beautiful day.
Came here from Melbourne and loved it! Food tastes as good as it looks, ordered the big breakfast and every element was done perfectly especially the mushrooms, scrambled eggs and hashbrown which wasn't your usual fried potato and sliced flat mushies. We got 3 different coffees and all of which were done amazingly as well. Great value for money, nice ambience and overall really lovely, happy staff which really put the cherry on top of our dining experience.

Popped in here on a Saturday morning with no booking, it was pretty busy but they managed to fit us in on a table inside.
Considering how busy it was the service was fairly quick, our orders were taken within 10 minutes of sitting down, drinks came shortly after and our food came out within 30 minutes of being seated. Couldn’t fault the service!
I had the Pickpocket Sriracha Benedict, I’ve never seen anything like this before down Melbourne way, awesome flavours, the sriracha infused Benedict was so damn good, the mushrooms were sautéed and seasoned perfectly, the taste was superb, eggs were cooked perfectly, only thing I could fault was the hash brown as it was more like a gratin than a hash brown, none the less it still was nice. My partner had the Corn Halloumi Fritters Thieve, which were also good, her salmon was fresh, the fritters were cooked perfectly, crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, the tomato relish was super tasty, all together it paired really well.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re nearby or passing through. I rate it 9/10.

Have been a few times and each time they’re packed. This is a good thing for the business but as a customer it can be tricky. It might be beneficial to upsize their space if possible. As eating on a high bench isn’t always comfortable. BUT the food, drinks and table service are always good. My recent visit was told there would be a rough 40 or so minutes for our food but it came quicker. The owner is super friendly and you can tell he loves his job

The Big Breakfast was sensational and so was the coffee.
