I received a warm and friendly greeting here. Becca’s is located in the arguably less fashionable part of Fairfield on or near the border of Alphington. It has a loyal following. What we have here is a lovely little cafe with a plain and quietly stylish interior with a nice wooden counter and a couple of healthy looking plants. In short, this is a space with a good overall feel.

My dish was good today but without any real standout elements. I chose pesto scrambled eggs on multi grain bread. The dish was presented in a low key fashion. The eggs could have done with just a little more flavour but the dish was good in toto. My coffee here was good too. A lovely long black with a subtle rich flavour and excellent length.

A nice cafe. I would happily return.

Food: Eaten here a lot, can’t remember everything. But the food is fresh and wholesome. And the coffee is great
Service: Much better that surrounding cafes, good for a chat, make me feel welcome.
Ambience: Clean decent sized space on the inside. Outside at the front tends to a bit busy with the traffic. I like the bench space facing the window looking outside.

This review is based on the coffee alone as i haven't tried the food. (the food looks quite nice though).

The coffee was pretty decent. I think the best part of the place is the friendly staff and the actaul cafe itself. Its very clean, light filled and has a relaxed atmosphere to it. Not a bad cafe.
