Been here quite a few times and it’s lovely. Food is delicious and the staff are really friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend for a relaxed breakfast :)
We love this cafe, we’ll always go back. Awesome food, lovely staff and great atmosphere. Their wood fire pizzas are delicious too. It’s our favourite place in Alstonville 😊
We've just returned from a lovely lunch at Cafe 86 on Main and everything about it was wonderful. We were a table of four and had the Barramundi Special of the Day, Battered Flathead and two Halloumi Salads, all of which were delicious, prepared in great time and beautifully presented.
We also had coffees and a chai latte afterwards which is now my favourite place to come for chai! The staff are all lovely and polite, especially Ali who was super friendly, chatty and gave us the most lovely gift (thanks Ali).
We would recommend coming here, especially on a sunny day as the outdoor area is lovely to sit and enjoy your meal while the world goes by.

A lovely little cafe in the Main Street with several seating options: outdoor and semi outdoor or inside. Very popular with the locals and tourists alike. Great food and drink selection. I had the BLAT… less the A! Bacon was soo tasty.
Found this via reviews, so we're doing the same for the next travellers. Enjoyed cosy brekkie here and smiley service. Great vege bowl, eggs benny and sour dough. Kids loved their pancakes. Coffee was great👌☕.
It's a little sunny cafe in a quiet town. Breakfast menu of egg benedits stopped at 11am so we ordered some today's special for lunch: pork belly burger and squid pepper salade.
Pork belly is quite sweet and funky, but very tasty. pepper squid is yummy too. Soy cap was very creamy but a bit bitter according to my taste :)
In general a good restaurant, waitress came and check on us from time to time, which is great. would recommend.
Lovely environment, food was fresh and enjoyed it. We had chicken caesar salad and latte. Parking available close and disability access not a problem. Prices were reasonable.
Only had coffee here which was good. The food that was coming out of the kitchen looked very good, will have to return for a meal.
