Best indian in the north west! We love it and order takeout weekly. Family friendly. All food we have ordered is of the highest quality and standard. Highly recommend the meat samosa with raita, butter chicken and lamb korma! Absolutely delicious. Worth every star!

Indian & Persian Cuisines, formerly known as Sitar at Arana Hills is my old faithful when I couldn't be bothered cooking or getting off my ass. They have adopted a more cumbersome name but the menu additions and improvement in home delivery efficiency more than makes up for it (not sure if new owner or just franchise rebranding?). I can say the curries are creamy, rich and more tailored to a Western palate but consistently hit the yum zone. Big props to these guys because they use high quality meat and actual chicken breast in their curries. I will keep going back as I don't have to fear an unpleasant chewy surprise when biting into a chunk of meat. Naan bread here is consistently good with nice fluffy but firm texture. Only minor criticism is the curries aren't hot enough as they need a bit of heat to cut through the cream (the "extra hot" is just pushing mild). Don't be fooled by my white Anglo Saxon appearance, when I request extra hot - I mean it. A solid 4, but if they made the Vindaoo a bit more tangy towards the vinegar end of the scale (maybe more fenugreek) then I'd bust out a 5.
