One of my favourite Italian restaurants in Perth! Friendly customer service and I highly recommend the Chicken Walnut Pasta - full of favour and a generous portion size! The Lo Conte family sure do know how to treat their customers!

Great local italian place. Portion sizes good and most importantly the pasta is delicious! As expected with any true italian resteraunt, the wine selection is great and the resteraunt reasonably busy. Price wise it is a bit more expensive than your average dining but again- to be expected at a quality italian resteraunt. I wish there were more vegetarian options. Will be back.
Australian culture has always had a soft spot for Italian cuisine. If done right, the restaurant will have strive for years serving its locals which could even last for generations. Sorano is definitely a place I was very impressed by the food and service. By far the best restaurant in the entire Atwell complex and you can even tell by the amount of people who go there.

Went (again) last night for wife's birthday. Very quite as I guess a lot away for long weekend.
Food - great pizza bread, perfect chicken dish and great fish dish. The sweet - a caramel tart was perfect.
The restaurant - clean, neat, love being able to see into the kitchen. People have commented on the tables and chairs - they are there to sit on and eat at and comfortable.
The staff - friendly, chatty, our waiter even did a happy birthday solo for my wife having put a candle in our sweet.
The food is always tasty. The staff are very pleasant. However, we had take away and the two pasta containers were only half full, if that. When you pay $20 + per dish, you do expect more than a couple of spoonful's from each container.
Fantastic consistent friendly service, great tasting good quality food, not over the top in quantities so you leave feeling good. Will definitely come again with our family. Also Tuesday and Wednesday nights is $14 pizza and pasta night!
Excellent service. Friendly staff. $14 pizza pasta night on Tuesdays and wednesdays. The waiter also let us know the risotto was $16. I got the chicken risotto (pollo) so yummy. The two i went with got pasta one changed the type of pasta with the same sauce which they happily did. We had wine and beer and it cost about $65. Try it out im definitely going back.
Went there for dinner, had the Scotch with prawns and the penne al pollo. Service was amazing and very friendly. Didn't have to wait long at all and the food was delicious!! Would definitely go back there!
Was quite nice Italian, not the best or the worst I have but a nice little restaurant in the area. Nice funny old Italian man served us. Quite nice pasta.
Wonderful food and exceptional service by the owner. He seemed authentically Italian and the food served was very authentic. The pasta was perfect Al dente and the pizza crust was firm and crisp. The prices were very affordable.
Great little Italian restaurant with exceptional service. We were served quickly and the food also came out pretty quick. All of the food was really good. Staff are really nice and attentive, I dropped my fork and they immediately came over with a new one for me. Place is pretty small so do try to book to avoid disappointment.

Delicious food, fabulous service, really pleasant location.
It was lovely sitting outside having dinner at this hidden gem. We ate early (the only ones when we arrived at opening time), and by the time we finished and left, the restaurant was full. The bonus was parking directly out front. We will definitely return! Totally recommend Soranos to everyone for great authentic Italian food.

Have been here on two occasions the most recent was a quiet dinner for two to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary.Both times we were met by truly excellent ,friendly and competent staff who were happy to make your dining experience a great one as for the food 😀. Well not only was it generous in size ,every dish we ate was excellent and we were not disappointed in any way beer is cold and cocktails are fantastic. Great to have some quality Italian food.

*Update* Sept 2020 - After relocating from Wandi to Cockburn the restaurant is a lot smaller, but food quality is still good, when full its VERY loud, could do with some sound absorbing panels on walls and ceiling if possible, would help massively. Service staff and manager are great.
