Absolutely loved our meal we had here on the weekend. It was busy and we had to wait 45 minutes, but we didn't mind as it was a nice vibe inside and the fireplace was awesome. The meal was delicious, we got the snapper special with vegies and mashed potato. it was simple but in a good way and reminded me of home cooking. I hope to come back one day
This is the start of empty plates. Bit confused about the negative reviews as our whole table sent our plates back in the same way I did, empty! And everyone said the meals were delicious. You are going to have to come here and try the food. Absolutely fabulous after bush walking. Thank you.
Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience/establishment and confused on the negative reviews? We couldn't fault a single thing! The customer service was lovely. LThe accommodation was beautiful. The shower is huge, the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. If you need anything, you can ask for it. The food though! Rump steak and chicken snitzel was perfectly cooked and fresh. We had it with the chips and salad, which was excellent as well! We will certainly be back and encourage travellers to give the place a chance. It's certainly worth it.
The accommodation is very nice. Modern beautifully kept large room next to pub. Enjoyed my stay immensely , lovely staff and great beer around fireplace .
Casual easygoing friendly people and great food. Well worth checking it out. Fell in love with this little town the tavern and staff . Came back to get married at the tavern. And plan on coming back every year for our anniversary.
