This is the best pizza we've ever had. We found a brochure in our motel room and thought we'll give it a go. When we walked into the Ballarat store and saw how many people were waiting and how many people walked in for their phone order we knew this place must be great and it was. Friendly staff our order was ready in 10-15 mins. Everyone must try this place.
Always excellent service. Bought pizzas for a birthday pizza party but didn't tell them it was for my birthday, went back 2 months later for another order and they gave me a free heart shaped cheese pizza with '18' written in pizza dough on top. Very friendly, always makes up for any mistakes made. Best tasting pizza for value in Ballarat!
I've always loved Don Chichios, since I moved to Ballarat 7 years ago. But recently you guys have just been above & beyond. Your pizzas are always way nicer than those other main stream franchises, but the last couple of times I've ordered, I decided to go for pasta & nuggets. The creamy mushroom tortellini is the bomb! And your chicken nuggets are real! The best dang nuggets I have ever had. Also, your delivery staff have always been so friendly and efficient. Thanks for being open & awsum all those late nights I've ordered after I've had a big night at work or at the pub.
