Macdonald's Baldwyn is quite big, offering different ambience settings for dinners. There is also a big outside eating area, complete with a Childten's Playground, which is very good for the little ones. Regardless of all this potential, the Restaurant is being run very poorly by whoever owns it.

One of the worsts. Always missing items. You’d better check your food bag before you leave. Last time it took me 15 minutes to get my soft serve. More training is needed for staff obviously.

Unprofessional staff and team members. Long wait time for orders to be prepared. These two tall guys standing at front preparing orders, they can see me there waiting for my order but couple of customers received theirs which came after me.

So not only did you send me the wrong order but the order you did send was wong as well. Have more respect for your customers and actually take the time to check orders before handing them over.
