Ordered a large fries. They were fresh because we asked for no salt, and were golden and crispy. Such great value for only $1 plus the monopoly ticket

Chips were perfect, hot and not too crispy and my burger was as always delicious. I strongly considered ordering a Big Mac but I’m glad I didn’t.

The service is always great at McDoncald's Balwyn. Love the layout of the drive through, and the décor and cleanliness inside.
As a vegan there is not much I can get at McDonald's but I love a black coffee in the morning!

Appears to be recently renovated to match the latest standard of decor of McDonald's. Plenty of self serve machines available which made it easy and quick to order. It is a very busy store, plenty of customers even at midnight. But was able to get my order reasonably fast.

To be honest I am no fan of McDonalds and think they represent the worst of what chain store fast food has done to our eating. However credit where credit is due - stopped here for drive through coffee and the cappuccino I had was up there with the best of the best specialty coffee shop coffees I have ever had. Really unexpected and very very impressed. Absolute credit to who ever was Barista on Friday morning (4th May 2018)

Larger than normal restaurant with big playground and 6-7 outdoor tables. This is about the best Maccas location that I know of. A secret level exists underground which only staff can access.

Been here a few times now to have the Create your Taste burgers. It's quite nice being able to select exactly what you want in your burger and the touch screen interface works quite well. Taste wise it's a slight improvement on standard McDonald's burgers due to the more "Gourmet" buns and variety of sauces and condiments. They managed to lure me back after 3 years of abstaining from McDonald's so well played there!
