By far the best Indian Restaurant in Melbourne! I go here all the time, and the food is always up to the same standards- fresh and tasty! The service is speedy, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love it!!
We were delightfully surprised by the quality and quantity of food provided by Aashiana when we ordered a few takeaway items from their menu. Everything was reasonably priced.
The chicken and lamb briyani were both delicious. The meats were tender and came in such generous portions. The goat curry was spectacular. It was spicy and full of flavour. The meat was falling off the bone.
Service was pleasant. Definitely will return to try their other items.
Lovely indian restaurant with friendly staffs and good service. Flavour wise are on point and well accepted by my Malay/Indian friend. Love the eggplant curry which has aanicw smoky flavour. The nut and dried fruit naan is nice. Love the lemon basami rice which is has the right amount of citrusy flavour in it.
Definitely would like to come back again.
Last year I was on tourist visa I visited with my husband in this restaurant I really enjoyed over there I really like the ambience. I also love the over here. Fantastic food, great friendly service. Now I am here permanent so we are plan go over here to enjoy the food. Tomorrow we are coming with my family and friends. Hope so we will enjoy over there
The food is really tasty, I loved the eggplant curry and almond based curry. The garlic naan was also great and would recommend over rice. The portions for the Butter Chicken is a tad smaller. I would recommend 2-3 curries for 3 people.
The service and ambience is good and would suit medium sized groups. The food was really nice, although it's not my favorite in Melbourne. I would come back here for a fancier Indian meal with a special group of people!
Bought takeaway from here for the first time. Very generous servings and came with complimentary poppadums. My curry was well sealed with cling wrap around the takeaway box so it didn’t spill out. Will be coming back 👍🏻
I ordered catering to take home for a party of 30ppl. Very reasonably priced and VERY generous. The staff were so helpful and the food tasted AMAZING. Everyone that came was commenting about it for days afterwards. We also eat here on a regular basis in the restaurant and their service is always lovely. The lamb kebabs are one of my favourites.
An Indian Feast fit for a King. Traditional dishes cooked in clay oven and well presented to our table. Firstly it’s always welcoming to have crisp white cloth napkins awaiting you at your table. Menu was easy to navigate. The Baigan Bharya (Eggplant ) vegetarian dish was great. The special Rice was super tasty. Lamb spinach had heaps of tender lamb and flavour. But my favourite was the Pumpkin Masala served to our table in a baked whole pumpkin sitting on a sizzling dish. Presentation fabulous and flavours to match. Waiters were very attentive and kept our drinks topped up. Easy parking out front. Prices are amazing given the excellent food. Had no room left for dessert so definitely returning soon for another feast. Highly recommend this local restaurant.
Recently (2-3 months ago) visited, and once again (prob our 4th visit now) had a thoroughly great food experience here. Great ambience, and a good place to take a group - we were just six, all vegetarian, long time curry-lovers, shared a range of dishes and were
not disappointed. The curries are more Indian authentic (hotter, but not over-sweetened like most Restaurants catering to (north) Indian cuisine. We now always ask for “mild” , as even tho I’m eat hot chilli, the medium spice is way too hot. Service is good, parking is easy and food worth coming back for... 😉
