Right on the edge of Bankstown’s Paul Keating Park is Inspiration Coffee, a small, family-owned café serving premium roast coffee, house-blend smoothies, and fresh and healthy meals. The menu features much-loved breakfast items, as well as unique and different dishes! We decided on the classic acai bowl, Chef’s Bruschetta, and The Morning Waffle.
Funnily enough I didn’t try the coffee but I did try their other inspired dishes!
Bondi Chicken Salad was fresh and vibrant on the plate. Sweetness of the pomegranate added fun and excitement to the dish, and I loved the big chunks of chicken. Tigers prawns in the linguine were sweet and juicy and the pasta was al dente. Ricotta Berry Waffles were beautifully presented but had a bit of a bouncy texture. Surprisingly, my favourite part of the meal was the taro frappe. The frappe was refreshing and milky and the taro flavour was subtle but still prominent. Really lovely purple colour as well that contrasted with the food.

Service is amazing here with very trendy dishes that also tastes great! The ingredients are very fresh and very affordable prices for what the cafe offers.
Single Origin is the bean of choice, providing a welcome injection of quality caffeine with the bonus option of cold drip coffee. With a gleaming La Marzocca espresso machine taking pride of place in a dedicated takeaway window, you know they are serious about servicing their customer’s coffee needs.
For a family-friendly cafe with a delicious menu and superb coffee, you can’t go past the newly opened Inspiration Coffee.
Located in The Mall, adjacent Bankstown’s Paul Keating Park, families are well catered for with a very reasonably priced kids menu and colouring in pencils and paper for the littlies to occupy themselves. There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and convenient parking nearby.
The food is top notch with a great selection of breakfast dishes, salads, burgers, wraps and waffles. Everything is freshly made on premises with quality ingredients; my grilled Salmon salad was a great example of how you can take something as simple as fish and salad and transform it into something that looks stunning and tastes amazing.

Delicious food! Love the Tiger Prawn Linguini and the variety of waffle options to choose from! Was very impressed with the fact that all the food is freshly made. Looking forward to visiting again.

My weekend at📍Bankstown! tasty brunch at this amazing cafe!! I order their ‘Signature Drinks’, gourmet pancakes 🥞, bondi chicken salad 🥗, the wagyu beef waffle 🥪 , and bunny babyccino 🍼!! everything was freshly prepared and soo yummm!! 🤤 and obviously, me and my friend choose peppermint chocolate + nutty caramel to refreshes us after the long journey (penrith-bankstown & city-bankstown)! 😂
Came as a guest. The big plus with anyone with kids is that it’s very close to a kids park. The big brekkie is different from other big brekkies and that’s a good thing. My missus enjoyed her salmon salad but what was most impressive is the berry bomb drink! Refreshing!
great food. the only quality coffee shop.in bankstown. cafe is well set. very inviting and got the vibe. definitely a great place to seat amd relax.
