These reviews left by Andy Nguyen, Linh Tran, Lisa, Jim Cummins, Chris Morgans and Tri Nguyen are completely untrue! As the employee who was working at the shop at the time and was a witness to the situation, these reviews and statements about the situation left on the website are unfair to the business. The statement staying "The old man was so rude to his young employee." is untrue and that was me. The whole situation was about a big group of people trying to fit into our small 2 square metre ordering bay. My boss then asked this group politely to wait outside as it is not big enough for the whole group of them to fit in our shop. It is not covid and flu safe for the staff and customers as well as the amount of food we handle in the shop. The request for some of them was then finished with a, 'Please' and 'Thank you' for their cooperation which we have reviewed on the security tapes inside the shop. After talking to the group and having them agree to remove the reviews they agreed and since then have not done so. These reviews are truly unfair to a small locally owned business and the last thing it needs after coming out of a pandemic. Very unfair.

I think this is a very untrue review as this is the best food and customer service I’ve ever been to there also is still covid in this world and the boss is not angry at all to anyone he asks politely to do things and I think it’s very unfair as us locals listen to him to do things but you really should think of taking these down as there untrue and unfair
Best fish and chips.The potato cakes were good sized crispy golden pockets of creamy potato and chips were nice and crispy.Butter fish was fresh and delish.Quick friendly service dont go anywhere else.
