Some of the best Mexican I have had. The staff are very enthusiastic and interact well with the customers. They adapt well to changes in the menu if requested. There is also plenty of vegetarian options if needed. Also well worth working your way through their margarita menu.
The last time we had Mexican food it was very nice but an overload of cheese. The food at El Guapo was brilliant, still with the cheese but not too much of it, more of concentrating on fresh flavourful ingredients, we loved it. Would definitely recommend El Guapo Bathurst to anyone looking for a good night out. PS the drinks were great also.

We first came here for Mother's day and we all enjoyed it so much that we couldn't wait to come back for the winter fest, genuinely delicious Mexican food, fantastic service and mouthwatering cocktails. Just as fabulous the second time round. Great value for money too.
Surprisingly it seemed as if effort was put into making the vegetarian dishes taste good. The waiters were all friendly and we loved the ambiance. Good portion sizes for the food as well. Value for money.

Amazing food and great staff. Super friendly and attentive. Such a cool atmosphere too. Even helping us to try and find Spicy the scorpion! Being from Sydney I am excited to also visit the Neutral Bay location.
A great selection of craft beers, super friendly service and the desert was fantastic.

We're a group of 4. It took a bit long for the food to come all at the same time. However, the food was delicious. As a Latina, I enjoy when I find a goooood Latino American restaurant. If I go back to Bathurst, I would definitely eat again there.
I wish the heaters were on outside I would have been out there the inside need alot of Reno the food was good if I own the biz I would have the waitress dress like the day of the dead and have Mariah band playing or music to go with the theme
