Got there before noon but lamb and rosemary pie were already sold out. Got a beef, bacon and cheese instead. The filling is tasty however the pastry could be better.

Pies to die for! Stopped on our way to the Grampians and what a surprise! One of the best pies I've ever had. It was so good that we actually stopped by again on our way back home. I had their Pepper Steak Pie and it was mind blowingly delicious. Apparently they won 'Australia's Best Pie' several times before and I wholeheartedly agree. I never found pies so delicious before. Beaufort's pies really converted me. Plenty of juicy filling, huge chunks of meat, and crispy pastry. Absolute gem! - #melbfoodiemark #beaufortbakery
