Unbelievably creative fine dining Thai. The chef really goes outside the box here, with truly excellent results. The lobster tail with caviar is extravagant and seriously delicious, and they haven't compromised on this menu with choices like fresh oysters, Angus steak, and Peking duck curry. I would put the creativity and fresh flavour combinations on par with the likes of Spice Temple, and the restrained but entertaining menu has something on it for everyone. There's an emphasis on the art of food, with the menu telling the story of the chef's work in both art and food. An exciting and unique find in Bayside.
