This little place, that you could miss if you blinked going past is great. All staff were happy which is a nice change to some places. The pulled pork burger was so yum and hubby had the BLT, which I tried. Also yum. I sat and watched the 2 guys yesterday who were bringing out food and clearing tables, well done guys. Very professional. So, yes I loved Rickets Point Beachside Cafe. Will be back next tine we are down that way. Regards Tracie
Location is perfect and I have been coming to Ricketts Point since I was a child so this place holds many special memories for me. Lately I have been coming to the cafe very often to meet friends or to take my elderly mother on an outing. The staff are always so very friendly and efficient which just adds to the charm of this lovely place. Perfect for a coffee and cake or a long leisurely lunch with friends
The view 5/5!! Right on the beach along beach road is this large cafe. There’s parking on Beach Rd or paid parking off street ( just check the signs to make sure you’re good to park there. The food, we went for breakfast - overall good - 3.5/5 - but all your cafe favourites are on there. Staff are excellent. You can’t book so if it’s busy you could go for a stroll along the beach while you wait or to work off that food belly when you’re done
Went for Brunch, had Eggs Benedict with Salmon. Perfectly poached, 2 x slices of toast with 2 eggs etc. Friend had Big Breakfast, accompanied with several glasses of wine. Lovely view of ocean, both of us enjoyed. Price's very reasonable. Will return 😉 !! Ty
Nice place. I like the food, especially the ice cream. I like the service because they are very nice to me. You can have a nice paddle afterwards. Everything comes really quickly. From Luke (6 years old)
I love it here. I just had a very yummy iced coffee and delicious toasted ham and cheese sandwich with a very fresh green salad. Ok. The sandwich was a bit x-ey but very good and filling. Just what I needed. The staff have been lovely. Friendly and smiley. It's a hot afternoon and they so it's pretty busy, but my lunch came very quickly. I've been here before and I'll definitely be back.
Dropped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We sat outside with a lovely view and once we had ordered,our drinks and food came promptly. I had fish and chips which was very generous , fresh and tasty. My husband had calamari and sweet potato fries which he thoroughly enjoyed.
This place is nothing fancy but the service was good and the food fresh. Will definitely return.

The view was picturesque. Specials board had good options. Food came very fast. Staff were on the ball. Had to wait for a table outside and finding a parking spot along beach road was tricky, but overall good experience!
Ordered the Calamari. Out in 2 mins. Super fast. Was really well cooked. Salad was a bit meh.
They told my friend she had to order food with her alcoholic drink. What a load of boloni??!!

I guess people have different experiences but I found the food to be quite good. The salmon sandwich was fresh. Maybe people get a little annoyed at the prices as it's not that cheap.
We had breakfast here on Sunday. The food was very good and delicious. Although, the food came in a small portion compared to the price that they charged, but overall the restaurant is located in the good location, plenty of car parking, nice views, good service and good food.
What a beautiful beachside cafe with a great affordable menu. Whether it's a couple of coffees or a full banquet meal, this place can provide it. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place has a great atmosphere and is really spacious.
The covered deck overlooks the sea and is so relaxing - a great place for a romantic meal or drink. The only downside is that it closes early, around 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday and a little later other days. I'll definitely be back!!!

I had the Smashed Avocado with some hashbrows on the side and finished it off with Lemon Meringue Waffles. Food came out fast and was to perfection. The location and view is magnificent.
only here for coffee and cake, what a chilling place, so calm, so relax, the cake were okay, but the views definitely the greatest in the area, what you will see is the sea, and some wood.

Always a pleasant place to visit (the view is amazing!) and reasonable prices. The menu seems like it’s had an upgrade, since reopening. Loved the brown rice poke bowl and my son had calamari which he loved. I was a little surprised there was no kids menu unless I wasn’t given one...
Had lovely scones with jam and cream for lunch. Also ordered a strong latte, however unfortunately it was quite weak.
