The chips were very crispy and the fish was nice and juicy. The staff were very accomodating and gave lots of recommendations. Definitely a very pleasant experience and would come back here again.
We were looking for lunch at about 3.00 pm and luckily came across Chef's Catch We ordered the Blue Grenadier. Never had it before but recommended by the lovely staff. Food came out and WOW it was just superb. The $5.00 chips was huge, this would have to be one of the best fish and chips I have had.

I had the flake and chips. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - spot on. I was pleasantly surprised that the generous piece of battered fish wasn't greasy like many that I have had before. It even came with a tub of tartare sauce. Great taste and excellent value.

Today we visited for the first time. We will be retuning . Fish and chips ( tasty, tasty , tasty ) followed by a great VDL ice cream. We sat outside because we had our puppy who was also made welcome. Not to mention the friendly staff. Thank you for adding to our day out. My only criticism is scallo
