Nice to find a fish and chip shop offering gluten free! The fish was high quality and the batter was not too thick and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately the GF flour doesn't have the same texture as conventional flour, almost a bit too crispy but that's better than soggy and undercooked. This particular mix did have a subtle flavour in the mix that I didn't like but others may not notice it. Chips were just average in my opinion, not bad, but nothing special.
Fabulous fish and chip shop! It was such a delightful surprise to find they cater for coeliacs with gluten free food cooked in a separate fryer. The GF batter looked every bit as delicious as the regular batter. Tasty potato cakes and very generous portions. Highly recommended.
