Hadn't eaten Chinese for years because any time we had it, it wasn't nice then one night my son came home with a couple of delicious dishes from Mandarin Chinese in Beldon. We now have it approximately once a week either take-away or dine-in both are delicious. Service is always excellent. I love the Chinese mixed vegetables always abundant, fresh and delicious. Sweet n Sour chicken or pork are both yummy, sweet n spicy beef, sizzling beef and Mongolian lamb delicious too.

Nice enough place, service is the usual late-teen experience and banquet ordering.
No complaints about the food - entrees are conservative but with good reason because the mains are substantial.
Overall, good value with BYO and although small you will get the great evening you are looking for.

Situated in the northern beach suburbs, this is your traditional Australian Chinese fare - think Special Fried Rice, Sizzling Beef and Chicken with Cashews. The food is tasty and the restaurant is light and airy with clean tables and a spotless fish tank (always a good sign in an Asian restaurant).
I'd recommend this to families looking for a safe bet on a Friday night with the kids, very yummy.

Yummy Chinese. Really nice family restaurant. Haven't had Chinese for a while but this time at the Mandarin it reminded me how tasty honey chickens are. They had really friendly staff and all the good we tried we great, we had - honey chicken, prawn omelette, combination noodles and the awesome lychee in ice cream. So good! I'm so glad a found a good Chinese. Great for birthdays !
Yummy, friendly, local!. We went to Mandarin on a Thursday and were happy to received 10% off the bill! That was a nice bonus along with the delicious food, friendly waitress (not the owner, she can barely speak English!) and BYO option. Although the restaurant was busy and it was quite a wait for our food, it was worth it. Will be back again soon :)
Very happy Thursday. My family and I were craving some Chinese food last Thursday, and decided to pop into mandarin where we were very pleased to learn about their new 'happy Thursday' promotion. The food was great and we got 10% off each dish! What a bargain! The kind waitress also offered us a coffee on the house after our meal was finished. Will definitely be paying them another visit!
Family run local chinese restaurant. The premises and decore are quite new and it is well presented. The food is good and reasonably priced

Wooooow is the feeling we had when we decided to sit down for dinner. Amazimg food, portions are good and service is prompt. Comig back for sure.
First time here in about 4 years, & can’t complain. Takeaway was ready on time, basic friendly service, good size portions, & yum. Not too salty or oily like some. Satay beef, honey king prawns, chicken sweet corn soup, rice, all hit the spot & weren’t too pricey. Will be returning.
Really great food, luckily we don't live to far away and it is always our go-to for Chinese takeout. We were referred onto them by a friend and we haven't been anywhere else since. We have had other Chinese in the past, but nothing quite compares to the value they provide. The food is not only delicious, they always pack the container to the brim. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely takeaway recently, delicious sweet and sour chicken, amazing greens with garlic, perfect honey chicken. Highly recommended!
