I guess it just isn't a thing in Bellingen.
To be honest.. WOW
I was frothing over this caramel slice before I even got in the car to head over here and whoa, no disappointment to be had whatsoever.
This thing lives up to its hype, was very tempted to sneak a second one to take home for later.

Beautiful eco-friendly focused concept homeware and clothes store on one side and deliciously tasteful cafe on the other. Big sexy wooden tables, none of which matched in excellent style. Tunes on point. Big sky lights in the roof and big windows everywhere make for a fantastic naturally lit feel which is often hard to achieve.
VA coffee machine - thank you for housing the best, you can taste it.
LB was good, soy FW also good.
But wait there's more!! Blueberry shake with maca milk with local honey and ice cream holy baby Ganesha was that thing on fire.
This place is a 5 star winner, don't skip it if you are in Bellingen.
Enjoying their coffee @ Hyde ! Nice place to relax & enjoy the goings on in Bellingen. Good company & excellent Gabriel coffee. What more could you want ...... Maybe a piece of freshly made chocolate quinoa cake to top it off!

Hyde serves the best coffee in this region and definitely in Bellingen. The cafe captures the vintage feel of Bellingen in every way. To top it off there is a range of wonderful home made cakes to choose from. The owners are very friendly and as charming as the town. Make sure you check it out.

A Very Different Coffee Cafe. The Vintage Nest is located on the main St in Historical Bellingen. The building is a fine example of years past. High pressed metal ceilings, wall of solid brick, the cafe is surrounded by a fascinating array of Bric-a-Brac, Antique's & Vintage clothing. This is a very unique setting for a busy cafe. For visitors, Foodies, Coffee drinkers, this establishment is well worth visiting. We found the coffee and cake was delicious. The service excellent. My wife spent hour in the shop just browsing, while I read the paper provided and relaxed. Have journalized for a return visit.
Delicious coffees and cakes here. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. It’s order at the counter and they bring your drinks over to your table. It’s a very calm atmosphere, I really like their cups their they serve their coffees in. They also sell pieces of clothing and other things here too.
Very busy & popular place in town. Food was excellent & great coffee too. My doppio was served the traditional Italian way, with sparkling water on the side. The only cafe in Australia I have had this particular experience. Colour me impressed.

The Best Coffee in town, the summer bowl is the tastiest healthy option I’ve had in ages. It’s a beautiful space and super clean. All the locals line up for coffee here in the morning, that says enough.
Beautifully curated space in a huge 100 year old Draper and Mercer shop. Lots of relaxed seating places inside and an interesting array of local artist’s works for sale adorn the walls. Great coffee and the pastries we sampled were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend a stop here.
Great coffee, though regular seems a little small (grumble, I know). In fact everything about this place is good - solid food, including plenty of gluten free options, and roomy and funky environment, with friendly staff. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Bellingen!!

Great coffee. Our group had flat white, latte with soy, long black and a cappuccino all top notch. Muffins were tasty and main menu looked appealing. Service was commendable.
