Quality of the fish and chips are always great! But my god, the chips!! So good!
Generous portions and fresh, delicious fish and seafood. Nicest squid rings I’ve ever had from a take away shop. Small combination is great value for money (small fish, 6 squid rings, 2 prawns, 2 scallops and chips for $14.50) as are the lunch specials. Since discovering this place a month ago I’ve already been back three times.
Best fish and chips in the Belmont area, trust me I tried them all and these are the only guys not serving tasteless mush.
Always good quality fish , chips are great, calamari is real not the processed stuff.
Fantastic fish and chips, super delicious! Batter's always very well fried, crisp and seasoned, fish always tender and delicious. Only downside is perhaps the lack of tables to eat at. :( Used to be a little parklet outside the shop which we'd eat at but has since been converted into more parking. Oh well haha.
I have been eating here for years I love the fish and the option to grill is great and yes the chips are to die for. I also really like the crab sticks in fact I love every thing fried mainly because I have found this shop has a less fatty product.
This is the best fish n chips!! OMG the chips a big thick and crispy, the squid rings melt in your mouth, the crab sticks are good too! Great fish, the prawns have a lovely garlic taste to them too! This place is a must!!

Consistently great fried seafood. Exactly what you should expect from an old school fish and chip shop. Try the prawn cutlets and you'll be back for more. The range of family packs on offer are amazing value!
I like this place. It's simple, good fish and chips. The batter is light and crispy. The chips this time around was perfect (I've had burnt chips from this place every now and then). I bought the family 1 pack. Average size, enough for two people but at $17 it's reasonable value.
Servings used to be bigger but still the best fish and chip shop around. Onion rings used to be better but are different now (don't know why, they were perfect before)and don't taste as good. Still better than what Santorini's in Baysie just served me. bleh. Would've given a higher score if not for the onion ring difference. Miss this f & c shop though.
Squid rings from this shop are awesome! Good value fish and chips, just $7 for a "small fish and chips" +$1.50 for two squid rings, very filling for one female. Chips weren't outstanding but good enough.
