It’s been ages since we have been to the Lake View Hotel at 204 McCrae Street. The night we went the place was packed, obviously very popular. The Bistro was full too so we had our meals in what I would call a pretty elaborate sports bar with everything streaming in on the big screens. This however
So delicious, gorgeous staff… came after Elvis ( short drive ) after being turned away from pub in town.

Very lively with multiple eating areas , extremely friendly staff - great range of food and very reasonable drinks .
The steak was cooked as ordered (medium rare)
and it was delicious. I enjoyed my meal so as my friends that are with me. They had the following and they recommend it (not to mention they are Chefs themselves) LVH burger, Salt&pepper calamari, Fillet mignon,Haloumi chips.
Beautiful food, very clean, comfortable setting, excellent service and an open fireplace! What more could you want! Five star!
Great food and beer was fresh. This pub was buzzing while we were there, so you know the place is popular with visitors and locals.
It’s how a venue handles a problem that gives you the opportunity to find out what’s important to a venue, and a small issue with an entree was handled fast effectively
