Surprisingly good! The wagyu burger was juicy and fresh, caramelised onion inside was the highlight! The kale and quinoa salad was the best I have ever had. Service was great too. Also kids friendly.
Chatham Street opened a week ago with new owners. The decor is lovely, choice of ceramic crockery with black cutlery is classy. My partner and I enjoyed our lunch today. We ordered Zucchini and Charred Corn Fritters, and the Kale and Hearty. Both dishes were good and the serves were generous! Our experience was marred only by below average coffee and lumpy bitter powdery turmeric latte. Chatham Street is in need of a good reliable barista to make a mark in this area.
Love the menu and new fit out. Staff and owners super friendly really happy this place has opened.

Absolutely amazing new brunch place in the cozy Bentleigh neighbourhood! From the well-furbished ambience to service, this place is brilliant with tonnes of healthy and delicious choices! We had the kale/beetroot hummus salad and the fritters - just divine š service was super friendly and fast, definitely recommend for a 10/10 brunch experience š
Honestly the best cup of coffee Iāve had in a long time. Iām a smashed avocado regular when I have brunch but Iāve never had one with capers which adds a delicious salty twist to a classic. And always very friendly service! Highly recommended!
Had kings burger and the other vege burger. They are alright..but I really like the aioli that comes with the chips, more soury and liquid texture.
The place itself is huge, relaxing and not busy.
Been almost a year since I dined at Two Kings and I was just as impressed with this visit as I was before. The coffee remains fantastic, and the food, with the introduction of a new chef, brings a new lease of life to the menu.
The menu has been tweaked slightly to include, amongst others, matcha pancakes and a mushroom dish. The shroom was what I went for this time, and it was excellent. An assortment of juicy and flavourful mushrooms, with a light and bright chimichurri hummus.
The Kings Breakfast is a classic dish that will not disappoint. Beautifully executed, bursting with flavours and so satisfying.
We ended our meal with a huge chocolate chip cookie that was as chewy as it was soft, and a creamy and custardy Portuguese egg tart. A most wonderful meal, with the most down to earth and gorgeous service from the owner, Jochem.
They don't have a huge breakfast menu but they definitely do the basics well and with a Two Kings twist. I ventured for the sweet chill jam scrambled eggs and was very satisfied with the huge serving and flavours. Dad loved the mushroom gravy with his big breakfast too!
Very yummy food, had the mushroom medley. Only docked a star because I'd say that even though it was delicious, there wasn't necessarily a wow factor.
Service and coffee were amazing
Delicious food, coffee and lovely warm staff! Highly recommend checking this place out :) The shakshuka and wild mushrooms on toast were incredible.
