Best Gelare store ever. Only been during the day. Best service, super friendly, extremely clean and being both dairy intolerant and having the dreaded gluten free, CD. Paula caters to my needs. And knows all about CD. Recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
My favourite Gelare in WA. Customer service is awesome, she makes you feel welcome. Came here on Wednesday for a hot mocha and a 2 stack Nutella pancake with added bananas. I've never ordered pancakes before, always waffles. And oh man, was it nice and fluffy! Would definitely order pancakes from here again.
Yuuum! Can't go wrong with a half price waffle + ice-cream on a Tuesday at Gelare 😋 just wish I got the large size...

I love the waffles here! It's always made to my liking, the waffles are always crispy around the edges. The flavours blends well with each other: the fluffiness of the cream, the sweetness of the maple syrup, the coolness of the ice cream along with the warm crunchy waffles makes a perfectly irresistible combination. That's why I always find myself coming back for more!
Everytime I have guests come from other country, I always bring them to Gelare and get them to try their waffles. Loveeee their waffles. The good thing about Gelare is they have the same standard in any gelare stores. And what I like from Gelare waterford is the location. It's beautiful at night and close to my fave restaurants

Not impressed that the pancake machine is turned off at 6pm. But it is for waffles that your supposed to come here for.
If you are hanging out with a large group, you can never go wrong with Gelare: simple and affordable ice cream that everybody loves! Gelare offers many variety including waffles, pancakes, sundaes, etc they also add in new flavor every now and then to ensure we aren't bored but who can be bored of their awesome Green Tea and Peanut Butter flavor?
Waterford's Gelare offers plenty of sitting place and super friendly staff who is very patient too in waiting for us to decide on which flavor we wants.
Location also strategic with plenty car parking and many other restaurants in the plaza - thus making Gelare a good dessert place to go.
Oh don't forget its half-price waffle on Tuesday!
Very popular as it's located across the road from university. Even with the amount of people, their waffles are still made to a decent quality. Service is reasonably fast here with food and cleaning. Always loved gelare waffles - especially half price Tuesdays! Favourite icecream flavours of Jamaican Chocolate and Honey Malt.
Just dropped in after a bike ride for a coffee around 5:00pm. Hairy legs had his usual long latte, and I went for an affogato seeing as how I couldn't decide between a coffee or an ice cream! Both were good. Service was fine from the young staff. Good to know of a place that's open till 10/11pm at night.
It’s such a shame to see so many of the Gelare stores around Perth close down. Gelare is still my favourite ice cream places to go to (definitely better than Baskin Robbins haha) and nothing beats their waffles. The waffles are even better when it’s half price on a Tuesday. Personally I think that the Karawara store makes the best waffles – it’s fluffy and has a crispy exterior and not too floury or eggy like some places. They are also generous with the syrup and don’t charge extra.
Nice and clean inside each shop...Waterford is not too big which is a boon for many. Most if not all staff are pleasant and efficient.Took 1 star off, because the parking is very awkward, especially on the Coles side. Can be scary at times because it can be dangerous to navigate parking during the busy times. Needs to be fixed so customers don't get confused..
Coles and IGA for grocery shopping. IGA has a good range of items. Smaller shops are great and Fish and Chip place is brilliant. Parking can be a nightmare at times, so some planning is needed. Nandos, Subway and Dominoes are there for convenience.

This is a great little convergence of small and medium sized shops, supermarkets and eateries in proximity of Curtin University and providing very convenient shopping opportunities close to students studying there as well as to several local neighbourhoods that are close by.
Not bad for a small shopping centre has a TAB,Maccas and KFC outside or it.An a Varsity bar that looked awesome
A great smaller shopping centre, with a very nice central alfresco courtyard dining precinct. Includes some well stocked supermarkets and excellent dining options.
There are always events for the locals being held here. I recently attended the Lunar New Year celebrations which was excellent and very enjoyable for all.
The centre is clean and well maintained. Note that the central dining precinct can get very hot during summer heat.
