Came in for dinner tonight, the Kolhapuri Lamb, Ghati Masala Maharashtra was pure happiness on a plate.
Then Martin wacks a Sheera in front of me to try. Something about the spices in this semolina & dry food delight told me it was going to be not only good for my senses but my body as well. Apparently the 5 ingredients are portioned equally as an offering to the Krishna according to Nandini.
Thanks Nandini & Martin for opening up your Curry Bunga, you just made Bermagui that much more perfect.
So delicious, close your eyes and point at the menu and you could never be dissappointed. Thanks for our sugar coated fennel-amazing!
