As a marriage Celebrant I have conducted many wedding ceremonies in this lovely place. It is a very beautiful and tranquil surrounding to have a wedding. We have also used both the chapel and hall next door for family children's parties. Highly recommend.
Their tea room is classy and beautiful The staff are so helpful and I did enjoy my scone with jam and cream. I bought a raspberry jam .
I went here to suss the place out for a venue, and fell in love with this cafe. They were full, but the lady at the front told us to hang tight and we could see her carrying furniture - they actually moved things around to fit us in. Despite the tables being set up in different rooms of the old homestead, the service was prompt, and despite us ordering three of the same meal, all of which we altered due to food intolerances, everything was done correctly. Great food, great coffee, super impressed.

Isn’t it exciting that after nearly three years of living here in Berwick I can still stumble across something new and surprising? Well a couple of weeks ago I did just that when circumstance found me enjoying lunch at the Homestead Cafe at the Old Cheese Factory in Berwick. I have written before about the fantastic refurbished playground, and the local Farmers Markets that both reside here at the Cheese Factory in Berwick. But I had not yet managed to visit the Homestead Cafe when it was open.
Wow !! Such a grand place to go for a walk, rest and recreation.
As seniors, make a point to gather during week days and it's such a tranquil open air to have your day !!
Not only you can have an undisturbed time, but your 'specials' that you invite to be there with you will have fun to the fullest.
Thank the owners of this place. I have never come home disappointed.

There is always special home made cakes/slices. I had a lovely rhubarb cake whilst my grandson enjoyed a choc chip cookie :)
Pancakes were delicious and the scones were perfect! Love the scenery & the building itself is very quaint. ☺️
Probably in my top 3 best coffees iv had. (and Im a bit of a conasoir) Didn't expect it from a Cafe in Pakenham. Mind blown. Food was nice too. Keep up the good work! I will be back
