Love this place, always fresh and always a terrific amount for your $$. Service is efficient and although super busy staff always have a smile are polite and don’t stuff up your order. I have fish and chip shops closer to home but Hooked & Cooked is worth the extra KM’s

I like this place, but maybe reconsider for good friday. This place is usually great, unbeatable. Our sure fire local. However, my advice would be to avoid on good friday. Ordered on the phone as usual, told it would be an hours wait. Fair enough. But then get to the shop an hour later and it wasn't cooked. Was told to wait another half an hour. The fish was a bit overcooked, And they forgot the salt and vinegar on the chips. The system must've got out of hand with walk-in customers coming and going whilst I waited. Any other day, you guys are great, however good friday wasn't that good.

My favourite would have to be the deep fried feta and the pineapple fritters with cinnamon sugar!!! They also have GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!!!

Best Fish & Chips Ever. The batter at Hooked and Cooked is the yummiest ever. Always consistent and never dissapoints. If you are ever South of the River, this is a must! 10 out of 10!
