Had a function there today for 50 people. Superb. Service food was top rate well done to all the staff

Steaks were cooked spot on, nice a casual with friendly staff.
I went there with my Mum and Jennifer this afternoon and I had the 250 gram Glaziers Rump Steak with Chips and Lemonade with Raspberry Cordial to drink, Jennifer had Southern Fried Chicken Tenders with Chips and my Mum had the Potato and Bacon Soup. I had the Seniors Chocolate Mousse for Dessert. Jennifer and my Mum had a glass of water to drink. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.
My son and I dined at this hotel, I ordered rump steak, and it was juicy and cooked perfectly, likewise my mash and vegies were smothered in delicious mushroom gravy, I enjoyed every mouthful, fantastic meal
I opted for the ‘Fish and Chips – grilled or battered flake fillets, serves with chips, side salad and tartare ($24.00)’. The fish fillets were succulent with a crispy batter. The chips were yummy, as well as the generous serve of tartare. A very successful version of fish and chips…
Good size meals. Prices as expected for pub meal. Very quick service. Large variety. Fish, duck and lamb all winners. Lots of parking. Will come again.
Nice surprise! Came here with a group and had a great counter meal. Recommend the Blackburn Burger! Good pub grub.
Had the fish of the day and sticky date pudding was DELICIOUS WILL BE BACK VERY SOON
Festivus - better than pub food. I had the parma as on special and it was fantastic!

One of the better pubs I've been to for dinner! Food is pretty good with decent servings and the dessert delicious.. Definitely try the sticky date pudding!
Lovely big soup bowl!. Have been here only for lunch, so can't comment on dinner, but lunch is always good. Have had the soup a few times - the pumpkin was a bit watery but the asian themed soups are always tasty. And the bowl! A HUGE risotto bowl. $6 for a bowl of soup and that's all you need. Service is always pretty prompt, the only delay we have experienced is that there seem to be big groups of elderly people there (bus trips from the local retirement village perhaps) and if you get behind a couple of them in the queue to order, it will take a while (sorry guys, but it's the truth). Other than that, always good.
