M husband and I had lunch their yesterday as it was our 45th wedding anniversary we choose to have the tasting plate yum yum yum the wait staff and the bar staff were very friendly welcoming and great views, we were not rushed to eat so we had time to savour the food. And for those that gave bad reviews( that's only a few) all I can say you must be had to please, this is our second time at Cucina and will be back again, and the height tea looks a good, for Blacktown to have a high class venue save the trips to the city so well done.

This place provided great food, friendly service, and although we had a few hiccups, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my Sister’s 21st Birthday went smoothly! Our guest enjoyed every moment of the 360 revolving sunset view of Sydney. Definitely going back for that pork belly, delicious! Shoutout to Billy (manager on the night) and Jess (server) I hope I have the right names, you guys were great to work with and you both handled everything professionally, great job! Recommending this place for sure!!!

Lovely professional service, tasty enjoyable dishes chosen (scallops, lamb cutlets, lobster tail, ravioli, French flan cake, lemon meringue) and pleasant view towards blue mountains, city and surrounding suburbs. Thanks Chef Jessie Singh for the invite to sample the menu.

What a surprising find... Excellent service and the food was superb. Will definitely be back for an evening dinner as well as the high tea. We were on the revolving part of the restaurant with a group of 16 - no one complained about a thing. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented.

I visited today for the first time and had a lovely day. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. I'm looking forward to visiting again to try the High Tea and also to an evening visit to see the view by night. By day you really can see from the Blue Mountains to the city.

The decor is quiet, great atmosphere as we enjoy the friendly staff and amazing piano accompaniment. The food is yummy and price is reasonable. We tried their tasting menu and are quite impressed. Downside is the view is not that spectacular as one might have hoped, and the decor is a bit old fashioned for our taste, not a wow factor.

Great experience. Some of the other reviews said the place is outdated. I don't think this is the case. It's pretty elegant. If anything, maybe the chairs could do with an update. This place is located on level 5 of the workers club. The floor revolves very slowly and give enough time to enjoy the view. Our food came out quickly and was good. I would not say this place is as good as some other restaurants I have been to but for the West it is pretty good. You can expect to pay around 150 upwards for a couple on a date with entree, mains and some wine. The alcohol's pretty expensive. Chivas single shots around 15 dollars a pop. Cocktails around 20 dollars a pop. The views are ok. Clear and not obstructed by buildings. We went at night so it was hard to see outside. However during the day I would say it would be nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would come back.

We enjoyed a family birthday dinner here. We arrived in time to watch the sun go down and enjoy the views during the light and dark hours. The service was a bit slow but the food was very good. We will be back.

This is a clean and fairly classy restaurant in the Blacktown area. It revolves too which is quite unusual in this part of Sydney. Unfortunately while you can see for long distances, most of the scenery isn't the best. The city is a bit too far away to see details and there are no large bodies of water in sight. The blue mountains however are spectacular as always and the view is only set to improve as the city around it grows. The atmosphere is nice, it's quiet and there's a piano where some very light music is played. It's quiet enough that it doesn't interfere with the conversation. Table service is excellent. The meals are reasonably sized though admittedly a little expensive. (You're paying for the view). There's not a lot of choice and the fare is quite simple. It could do with some improvement. The cocktails are great though. Access to the restaurant is via the Blacktown Worker's Club which means that it's subject to the usual sign in process and 5km radius restrictions. It also means that there is ample parking. For the most part, it's all "disabled friendly" but there's a strange walkway on the way to the restaurant which has two sets of unnecessary stairs without visible ramps. That area needs work.

Chef Jessy has definitely brought fantastic Italian fine dining to the west! Beautifully presented and refined dishes that exhibit complementing and contrasting flavours. Definitely try their lobster tail, pork belly, and finish off with a lemon meringue tart. You will not be disappointed!

One of the best things about being a #foodie are the hidden gems you come across! Did you know that there is a revolving fine dining resturant in Blacktown? @cucina.locale truly exceeded my expectations with beautifully presented and perfectly executed dishes which included: . 🐖Twice cooked pork belly 🔥Pan fried scallops 🐑Braised lamb shoulder 🐚Sydney rock oysters 🐟Wild caught barramundi 🍫Caviar & chocolate . If you're looking to see more of Sydney and try a new place I cannot recommend Cucina enough👌🏼A very enjoyable dining experience!

This place is an unexpected treasure in Blacktown. Lovely food at reasonable prices. I'd recommend going during the day, or close to sunset as the views really aren't that interesting after dark. Loved the piano player, talented and entertaining.

The food was great but it was just a bit pricey. The restaurant had a better view then I expected. If you sit close to edge near the windows, that part does not move so you will not get the 360 degree experience. I went for lunch and it wasn’t very busy but the staff and service was great. Great experience.
