This is my favourite haunt, beautiful people, friendly staff and awesome coffee and food! A must if you are cruising through Lalor Park... go and have a coffee and enjoy! I live just across the way from Common Groundz... so always a pleasure to get my cuppa from folks always ready with a smile and a greeting!!
Great place to have a coffee, snack or even lunch. Lovely atmosphere to meet a friend and have a chat . Very professional and friendly staff.
The food is amazing. Fantastic portions, tasty, filling yet very affordable! Coffee is also excellent...and strong!!!! And to top it off, the staff are actually very lovely people, and have no problems getting to aome great conversations with you. Is my go to cafe for sometime now.
What I love about this place is that the cafe ia designed to give back to the lalor park community just like salt gives flavour and preserves meat to a tasteless and dying world.
Food is still very tasty and my long black was flavoursome.
Recommend a big brekkie or their hash special if they have it on.
Not everyone is going to google and come here to eat or get a coffee from miles away, but we need more of these life giving community cafes that want to impact society and give generously.

This is a great cafe with great energy. The staffs are very friendly. It's truly a neighbourhood kind of cafe where everyone knows each other. $3 for a cup pa - you can hardly find this price anymore. Their tag line is ' Proudly non-profit. (We exist for the community
I was down in Sydney for a few days and decided to have brekkie here and i was not disappointed, as a head cheif I'm quite picking when it comes to presentation and the quality of food but it was lovely both the presentation of my meal and the meal it's self were great. The staff were very nice aswell they made you feel very welcome.
A remarkable enterprise. The staff are lovely. Coffee is ALWAYS great. Home made treats. Laundry and other Community focus. Really good atmosphere. Highly recommend.
