Waiting5 minutes to have our order taken and then a further 30 minutes in the drive through before even getting to the window to pay! Not sure how it’s considered fast food and how there was absolutely no service. Drove off without paying or taking the food. Never again

Girl that served us looked like she’d rather be at a funeral, we waited 15 minutes for two burger meals that we cold and the chips we soggy. Blue plastic found in one of our burgers too. Dunno what they were doing back there 🤷🏼‍♀️

Food is good but staff need improving. I was given the wrong change and had to wait another 10mins to receive the correct change. Also it can be long waiting times for no reason.

Food was amazing just like the customer service. This was mine and my partners first time trying Oporto and let me tell you it did not disappoint. It was quite affordable and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the lovely girl who served up

I went here yesterday afternoon and got the chilli cheese fries. It literally said $4.45 on the menu screen but when I got to the window they told me it was $8. Ridiculous. Also, the girl at the window was really rude especially when I questioned her on the pricing. She said it was a week deal or so

Worst place ever...i order the 1/4 chicken box with leg part. They always give the wing part. This is 4 times in a row. Last time i ordered i asked for the leg part. She said no worries. This place is well equipped with a variety of food selections to eat in or take away. I asked for an item on the advertising screen and it wasn't available at that time. But ...... the toilets were filthy and there were food scraps and stains left on chairs and tables.
