Peter and I went there for dinner last night. The food was beautiful. Peter ordered the. Octopus dish so delicious. I ordered the beef. Just beautiful. The margarita was just right wine good and the. Coffee. Espresso to die for. Small restaurant but the chiefs ste great. A great experience. Thank you.

I have never heard of this place until a friend suggested we meet here for dinner. My husband commented how small the place was and even though tonight wasn’t very warm, we found sitting at the back of the restaurant very stuffy (even with the fan on).

As the restaurant got busy it got very noisy and hard to have a conversation but the food and service was very good. I really enjoyed the guacamole with the three chilli sauces they give you. My choice of three tacos (pork, beef cheek and octopus) were delicious, beef cheek being the favourite. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork quesadilla but wished he chose my tacos instead! We then shared hornachata infused tapioca with dark chocolate dipped mangoes and dulce de leche which was a light way to end the night. My friends chocolate cake looked good too.

Even though we walked out smelling like their kitchen it was worth it for their good food!

Taqiza is a Mexican restaurant located in Bondi serving up fresh contemporary Mexican cuisine including fresh ceviche, tacos and other favourites. The restaurant is relatively small but always buzzing with life, with great live music and a regular crowd on the weekends. Taqiza has a simple but delicious food menu and an extensive drinks menu featuring mezcal and tequila.

Lollieats

A little hole in the wall but offers an amazing atmosphere. Best way to order your food would be by sharing a few dishes. Delicious flavours and good sized portions. The Panna cotta was fabulous and would definitely save some room for dessert 🍨 Worth a visit.
