Absolutely loved it and will highly recommend to anyone! The food was so fresh and amazing, the staff were very friendly with super quick service and the margaritas were 15/10! my new favourite place �

Amazing! We have been meaning to try this place since it opened and so glad we finally did. Brett the barman welcomed us in before the place even opened for a drink at the bar. The food was �� hats off to Diego the chef. We will be back.

Such a great moment in this place. We came with my family and tried the cocktails (not all of them cause there are so many!), tasted the tacos, which are delicious as well. I recommend the lamb mole.

Loved Carbon! Turned up with a girlfriend who hadn’t booked properly (on a Sat night) and although they were fully booked they made it happen. Had an amazing time!
Great food.

Absolutely delicious food, great vibe and beautiful staff/service. We had the private table at the back and it was great. The tacos were all so flavourful and delicious, highly recommend the chicken taco's, the lamb and the corn. some of the dishes were overly salty but still really great. Will definitely return soon!

- Nice ambiance - ceviche was more like sashimi, which is not a problem, but too salty - wouldn’t recommend - amazing beef taco - just with the tortilla was slightly bigger, hard to hold it - great steak. The spring onion it came with wasn’t really edible - they didn’t have deserts today 😞

Our dinner was delicious; the fish taco, mini fondue, charred broccolini, and steak main were the stand outs. Service was good. Restaurant was a bit cold inside though (mid winter).

Wow! My partner and I came to try out the AYCE tacos and margaritas and it was definitely worth it! The tacos are the perfect size for stuffing your face and the margaritas were probably the best I've ever had! And the glass is never empty :) The staff have the pacing of the food down as well. I liked that even though we ordered 10+ tacos at once, they were brought out in plates of 2-4 so that they weren't sitting on the table getting soggy while you ate. Ambience was a chill 10/10 with great tunes playing in the background. 100% will return!

Great fun place on Bondi Road. Yellow fish ceviche perfect. Baja fish taco pork taco, broccolini excellent. Strong margaritas. Slick service. Bottom line $150 for two with drinks.

Mexican food was amazing - Oaxaca cheese and grilled octopus my favourites! awesome location in the heart of Bondi! The staff were really friendly and made us spend such a great time in there! Margaritas done by Josefina were 10/10! Definitely recommending it and going back soon!

Last Saturday we went with a group of friends for the first time and I absolutely loved the food and margaritas! The staff were super friendly, specially Paulina, such a gem. We’re definitely coming back for more tacos and drinks 🌮
