Bucking Bull Garden City Booragoon Booragoon

I personally think Bucking Bull in Garden City deserve a big mentioned for its staff friendliness and customer service, or at least to the staff working in December 2015 (coz I understand that that team may not still be working there). Me and wifey visited the store during one of the late night shopping night where we decided to also eat at the food court. I like this franchise as I love meat and I think they do decent enough meals for a food court price. This branch also offered the standards quality - nothing to complain relative to Bucking Bull in other store. The staffs here though was very friendly and informative in explaining the different sides to go along with my pork. He greeted with a big smile and friendly attitude. He even granted my request for extra sides and gravy when I said "more please!". To top it off, at the moment of my serving, another customer came in and requested for her meal to be replaced as her friend accidentally ordered her a non-vegetarian meal (duh, it's bucking bull) to which the staff replied professionally & friendly by offering her money back or replace it with chips. The customer took the latter. I think the whole situation was handled superbly. Great job guys!
