foodie: This little restaurant has amazing food so yummy, very authentic Singaporean food, it is a shame they are only open two days but I know that on a Friday that my lunch is going to be something from their great menu. Give this place a try you can eat in or get takeway, the staff are really nice as well
Beautiful good food at a great price. Not easy to find a place that has dishes under $10 and have a good standard. Menu covers many of the all time classic Singapore/Malaysian dishes. I have had the honor or sampling each dish and what else can I say? It brings back the wholesome flavor sensation back home in a big kinda way. Those that may be skeptics may want to pop in and sample their regular Laksa or even their Geylang beef hor fan. Another must try dish is their Carrot cake. Chilli lovers may want to also take home a bottle for $5. Their weekly specials are a great idea as it brings something new to try each visit. My only gripe is that they are only open Friday's and Saturdays currently for dine in or take away.
One of the very very best Singaporean eateries in Melbourne serving up very authentic, and delicious Singaporean food. Came here with 3 other Singaporean friends, and we proceeded to literally order the ENTIRE menu including the specials of the day (because we could not decide what we wanted to get!). Of course, it took us a very long time to finish eating the food, but by golly it was yummy!
Very reasonable priced, friendly service! Food is rather Singaporean more so than Malaysian though, especially pan mee (their chilli sauce isn't the usual one that goes with pan mee; noodles aren't freshly made). Nevertheless, great value for money.
Attention Singaporeans, if you crave for a little of home look no further. Their laksa here is divine. Not ur standard nyonya laksa, proper Singaporean street style. Consistent, homemade paste.
Tasty and authentic! A little hidden gem shown to us by our good friends who are from Singapore/Malaysia. Definitely will come back for more.
Went there first time today. We tried three noodle dishes. On average, all were worth it if you wanna go to Boronia from Doncaster East. I didn't taste any msg, so that's a plus for the health-consious. Service was super. Prices very reasonable. All dish under $10 each.
23 July: Had my favourite bak chor mee pok. Didn't disappoint. The free Chinese tea was poor though.
Amazing authentic Singaporean food. Especially love the Hokkien Mee - come when it's less busy, around lunchtime, and it can't be beat. Friendly staff.
Amazing food - everytime I've been it's been excellent. I'd recommend and have been told from family who recently visited Singapore it's just as good as eating over there.
A small and cosy cafe, welcoming atmosphere and good service. We had hainanese beef noodles (not on the menu - might not be always available) , hokkien mee and bak chor mee. Has all the Singapore flavors I miss. I enjoyed the beef noodles especially, the taste is true local fare.
Small cafe serving authentic Singapore food. Delicious and reasonable in pricing. Unfortunately the opening hours are rather short.
Beef hor fun and nasi lemak were delicious! Seating and open hours are quite limited.
Authentic Singapore street food. Great for Singaporeans who missed Singapore foods like Hokkien Prawn Noodle, Char Kway Teow, Chwee Kueh etc.
Was there on Saturday, awesome food, worth the drive.
Must go again!!!!
Good food, great atmosphere and excellent service!!!
Thank you, Bert. Food reminds me of mum's cooking:)
