Staff and food are just the best! This place has everything going for it, all behind a secret shop face that no one would ever know! My family and friends/ visitors from abroad can’t get enough of your food and amazing ambience. Great job and an amazing place for everyone be it a family, friend or work catch up xx
The food is amazing and the wines are excellent. It’s hard to find a really great Italian restaurant and this would have to be the best we’ve come across.

Best Italian yet in Sydney! Fair prices great services very authentic, Capris salad is amazing as well as the kingfish special with bisque, caters for large groups and food is pretty quick :) great job guys
This place makes great pastas. The mains are amazing too. Would recommend for a nice relaxed dinner. They always seem to be busy, even on most weeknights and the staff are always friendly.
This unassuming Trattoria serves up a taste experience that needs to be experienced , from staters to mains were delicious and wish I could visit again to sample the pastas , professional friendly staff made for a very memorable dining experience, cost a bit but what the hell splash out once in a while 👏😃👫😘
Great Italian restaurant under new ownership - brilliant wheat semolina pasta, huge Woodfired pizzas and woodfired meats. The specials are awesome too. There’s a new little Cocktail lounge out the back as well. Staff are lovely. It’s a little pricy but good.

Went there last year and the food was great but service was average. NOW it's been renovated and looks amazing and the service is fantastic. It's cosy yet innovative and you can even sit at a bar and watch them cook your food. The meals are so hearty and delicious. I'm so extremely full and very satisfied from my dinner! Good pricing for great food. We will definitely return!
This restaurant makes the best gnocchi me and my boyfriend have ever had. It was very creamy, soft and hearty, the mushroom sauce on top is very fresh and is made with many fresh mushroom chunks and bacon.
We also had a veal cheek ragu pasta which was just as good! Very rich in flavour! Our entre was a Grilled Seafood Medley, the seafood was also very fresh, the octopus are grilled outside but soft in the inside, not rubbery at all!! I will definitely come back and bring my friends here.
With some family local on Botany Road, when I come to see them from Melbourne, I always make sure we pop past here for dinner. It is always busy so a booking is a must. Ample entrees, wopd fired pizza's, changing mains with a great specials board including slow cooked meats. Oh and theres the yummy deserts- the nutella calzone and the creme brulees are to die for. All the waiters are nothing but lovely too! A nice cosy setting, perfect for a few wines and good chow.
Walked past this place on a Tuesday night and it was packed. Decided to try it and everyone recommended it. We were not disappointed. Excellent in every way. Great for birthdays. Service is attentive. Can't fault the place.
First time back since the pandemic, been twice before and plus this time.
The food are still lovely as before, the wood fired snapper is so tasty! The serving size of the dishes is relatively small, and have your wallet be ready for a feast as well.
Great little suburban Italian/Grill.
We had the steak Tomahawk "special" (I suspect it's permanently on the menu) and were very happy with what came to the table. Cooked as requested (MR), generous sides & accompaniments.
Staff were pretty good. And the wine list pretty cheap.
Every suburb should have a restaurant like this.

Went to cappanno Italian restaurant in botany on Saturday night. It was absolutely beautiful. We will come very soon again. The staff were fantastic just like their food. The calamari was so tender and delicious. The scotch fillet melted in your mouth it was ver yummy.
Service was excellent and the food was divine! Your chocolate brownie was indeed heavenly. Can I give you 6 stars!!!
