Eating at a shrine to the King.... with pizzas! The place is decked from top to bottom with everything Elvis.
The Jailhouse Rock Special Bread tasted like a Homebrand garlic bread, cut in half, smothered in Parmesan cheese. It was good but not amazing.
The Big Hot Mama had a bit of spice but nothing that smashed you to bits. I kind of expected a bit more pepperoni on the pizza, but it still had a decent taste.
The Spinach Lovers was an amazing surprise. It was smothered in two types of cheese, was full of flavour and very delicious. The spinach added a nice kick and the pizza wasn't greasy. The whole pitted olives were really nice but there wasn't that many on the pizza. I'd still give this a 5 out of 5.
The staff are friendly. They came up a couple times to make sure that everything was ok. The service was extremely fast even though the restaurant was 3/4 full and takeaway orders were flying out the door.
Had takeaway pizza from here and the pizza box had elvis on it
Ordered the four seasons and BBQ chicken pizzas,I liked both. The taste comes out in both. The crust has substance to it which is a nice change from thin crust
The garlic bread though didn't have much taste to it
From Dimmi there was plenty of specials so that's why we choose this place and it did come at the time they said they would, which was over a hour though
Took my Elvis-loving dad to this pizza joint, and not expecting much for the food quality here, I was blown away with how good the pizza was!!! I recommend the Jailhouse Rock pizza, Love Me Tender, The King and Wally's Special. All fantastic.
My whole family fell in love with the atmosphere of this place, especially my dad who is a big Elvis fanboy, he was goggling over all the Elvis decorations and collectables inside the place.
Really fun place to visit, but also for some good pizza in Brighton - you have to get it from Jailhouse Rock Pizza!
