CURRENTLY OUR FAVOURITE THAI RESTAURANT!!!

We love this Thai restaurant - they are always busy and have lots of take away orders aswell as dine in guest, yet still manage to cook up our meals within 10-15 mins of ordering. We only ever order takeaway and they get it correct and cooked fast every time. Our order is always fresh and tastes delicious - so many flavours !! Food is priced reasonable, staff are friendly and you can understand them clearly when speaking. We will definitely be coming back for more !!

Just home from a dinner visit to this little favourite snuck in Brighton Village shopping centre! We made an early break to get there for 5pm knowing how stowed out this local favourite can get!

Staff on fine form and very attentive!

We plumped for a share of entree Ban Krib Tod... Followed by a couple of stir frys... Beef with oyster sauce and chicken with fresh chilli... Got the chilli bumped up for heat to med-hot! SO FRESH!! Yum!

Granted we had the restaurant to ourselves and got 120% attention and food cooked on demand... As we left the phone was ringing hot for take aways and customers arriving to settle into the night of food experience!

We suspect.... Another busy night for BAAN PHAYA THAI

Not sure what restaurant the last reviewers were at but I LOVE this place. I eat there or get takeaway 1-2 times per week. The staff are always so friendly and the food is amazing. Always flavour packed. Service isn't as fast as other restaurants but it's defiantly worth the wait for the food. Also Byo is cheap so bring your favourite bottle of wine and defiantly done

I like this restaurant! i've been there many time, all staff are friendly, all foods has pretty good taste. we was very enjoy! althought they was very busy but they took a good care to us.
We'll visit there again :)

This restaurant very busy but they let customer enjoy with the food in the same time with the rice serve by waitress This is the best Thai food I have before Staff friendly take care and look after sever the rice when I need some more rice totally I agree for this place let every come to try and enjoy with the real Thai food

Love it great food and service. We have been here 3 times so far it is always great food and atmosphere, the service is wonderful, you are able to see into the kitchen and it is all spotless.

We have tried quite a few of the dishes and never been disappointed reasonably priced.
