The food serving was big. Food came quickly.
The fusion menu is very rich food with a lot cream cheese and mayo. Keep this in mind if want to traditional Japanese food. They do have a range of other items on the menu. The staff seem very nicely.
Sushi Kotobuki is one of the best sushi restaurants around Brisbane. The food is always of great quality, and the prices are more than generous. My favourite are the fresh salmon avocado and the fresh tuna avocado urumaki rolls. The agedashi tofu and the bento boxes are nice too. The staff are frien
Always a winner and a must visit for me whenever I’m in Brisbane. Sushi has a modern/Australian flair but is consistently delicious.
Can recommend the cream cheese chicken sushi. Separately, the seared salmon nigiri is the best I’ve ever tasted.

Come here almost every week. By far the best sushi in Brisbane. Always fresh, big portions and well priced. Never had an issue here. Always recommend to my friends.

I've been going to Kotobuki for ten years. Always delicious sushi. Consistent, fast service. Great price. Fantastic staff.
2 stars came from the food’s taste weren’t what I expected. I think the sushi from here are more like Australia style. So the stars are just my one opinion, I am surely think someone will still love them. Just different flavor and taste preferences.
